Amy Miller

Amy Miller is a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Life Coach. As her clients can attest, Amy is a skilled listener and has the ability to reflect back with insight and perspective that is spot on. She is known for her ability to hone in on areas of growth and create strategies to work through limitations in a systematic manner. Amy provides actionable learning opportunities for leaders, so they will gain clarity of mind, learn new ways of seeing and thinking, and develop self-reflection and self-awareness skills to continue to grow professionally. She believes that, through empowerment and the right amount of support, every leader can discover their intrinsic motivation for optimum growth and development.

Amy has developed a style of coaching that is both empathetic and non-judgmental. She follows a holistic coaching approach that addresses the whole person in order to help clients reach their desired outcomes.

Additionally, Amy is a skilled trainer. While working for a 600+ employee higher education institute, she single-handedly created curriculum for and conducted all the training for those from entry-level staff up to C-suite executives as they transitioned from paper systems to Oracle.

Amy received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, the gold standard of the coaching industry, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as the Certified Coaches Alliance and the Chicago ICF local chapter.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and International Studies from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University - Bloomington. She has worked for companies in both for profit and non-profit sectors. She has technology risk consulting experience and has worked on projects with clients in the Healthcare, Wellness, Telecommunications and Entertainment industries.

In addition to coaching, Amy has served in a variety of ministry roles that have allowed her to gain extensive experience working with people from many countries and cultures as well as a variety of socioeconomic levels and personalities.
