Frontline Employees

Through our Growing as an Influencer program, frontline employees can expect to gain an understanding of their impact with teams and peers to influence healthy behavior and culture.

Meeting Format: Group of 6-10 individuals meets for 8 virtual sessions.

Middle Management

Through our Growing as a Coach program, middle leaders can expect to gain insight to become a coaching leader versus a managing leader using their strengths, while setting and achieving meaningful goals for themselves and their team.

Meeting Format: Groups of 4-8 individuals meet for 12 virtual group coaching sessions.

C-Suite

Through our customized Growing as a Mentor program, C-Suite leaders can expect to learn how to manage multiple stakeholders, sharpen prudent decision-making, and develop and encourage the organization’s culture.
